&lt;p&gt;Nascida em Alcoba&amp;ccedil;a em 1990, frequentou o curso de Teatro &amp;ndash; ramo de Atores, na Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema, entre 2009 e 2011, e encontra-se atualmente a concluir o mestrado em Estudos e Gest&amp;atilde;o da Cultura no ISCTE. &lt;p&gt;Perante a aus&amp;ecirc;ncia de medidas do Minist&amp;eacute;rio da Educa&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o, Ci&amp;ecirc;ncia e Inova&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o / Governo de organiza&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o do ano letivo, pese embora as in&amp;uacute;meras dilig&amp;ecirc;ncias da FENPROF, e porque persistem, e em muitos casos se agravam, os abusos e ilegalidades nos hor&amp;aacute;rios docentes, causa de desgaste profissional, &amp;eacute; hoje, 16 de setembro de 2025, retomada a &lt;a href="https://www.fenprof.pt/greve-ao-sobretrabalho-2025-26" target="_blank"&gt;Greve ao sobretrabalho, componente n&amp;atilde;o letiva de estabelecimento e horas extraordin&amp;aacute;rias&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Trata-se de um vasto conjunto de quest&amp;otilde;es abrangidas pelos pr&amp;eacute;-avisos e colocadas pela FENPROF de forma persistente a v&amp;aacute;rias equipas ministeriais. Os docentes n&amp;atilde;o podem, por exemplo, continuar a ser sobrecarregados de horas extraordin&amp;aacute;rias, de reuni&amp;otilde;es marcadas para al&amp;eacute;m do hor&amp;aacute;rio de trababalho ou de atividades letivas inclu&amp;iacute;das na componente n&amp;atilde;o letiva de estabelecimento, particularmente no artigo 79.&amp;ordm;.&lt;/p&gt;
